Fielding Town gives notice that there will be a Public Hearing regarding a consideration of a proposed lot line adjustment involving the sale of right-of-way property to a private citizen. This will take place at the next Planning Commission meeting, October 2, 2025, 6:00 PM, 150 S 100 W, Fielding, Utah.

The lot line adjustment pertains to the de minimis property located along 200 West, between 100 North and Main Street, on the east side of the right-of-way. The lot line adjustment proposal involves the potential sale of up to 20 feet of right-of-way, extending westward along the entire block of 200 West. The exact amount of impacted property may be less. This Public Hearing is to consider whether this issue should be recommended to the City Council for approval.
