1. Opening Ceremony, Pledge of Allegiance and introduction of guests

2. Approval of agenda

3. Approve the minutes of August 6, 2026

4. Approve the minutes of the Truth in Taxation Hearing August 12, 2026

5. Public Comments - this is time to address the Council with any questions or concerns.

6. Ordinance 2026-08-B - ROW Frontage Maintenance

7. Department reports:

   1. Animal Control

   2. Building/Maintenance

   3. Grounds/Maintenance

   4. Fire Department

   5. Sheriff

   6. Planning Commission

      1. Anderson Building - discussion/updates; consideration of sale or lease of ROW

      2. School Parking - discussion and consideration of a long term lease to BESD of the ROW on 100 North, between 100 West and Center Street for school parking. Details of the lease to be determined at a later date, this discussion is to decide on the option of a lease.

8. Common Consent - Review and Approval of monthly Check Detail/Profit & Loss Report
