1. Opening Ceremony, Pledge of Allegiance and introduction of guests
2. Approval of agenda
3. Approve the minutes of January 8, 2026; February 12, 2026
4. Further discussion of land purchase for future city hall development
5. School parking - discussion of solutions on North side of school
6. Pay increases - last increases were in 2022 for everyone, 2023 for Clerk
7. Public Comments - this is time to address the Council with any questions or concerns.
