3. Appoint Chairperson - Cannon Holmgren

4. Approval of the minutes of June 6, 2024.    

5. 1 Lot Subdivision - Mike Kelly; 3 options for plat subdivision

6. Discuss set back requirements for rear yard, street side - current code states for “rear yard” only, no specification of street side
